The Rest Of The Banana Story

The joke was on us, you can't fool mother nature.
When they got here in this photo fall was in the air , after all this was East Texas.
Now we know  the season  was just not long enough, you can't grow bananas that mature 
so you can eat them in East Texas.

 The trees were in full color
It was fun to see the bananas grow even if we didn't get to eat them.

I"d enjoy seeing the banana trees too. How marvelous of God to make so many delicious foods for us to eat....so why do we crave manufactured 'junk' food so much..(i speak for myself only) happy day dear Patsy...to you and your hubby

What a shame that you couldn't eat them. I wasn't expecting you to tell this. lol They are pretty trees, so like any plant just to look as is good.

Was the tree in front a pin oak. I look pin oaks.
