Fern gone wild

Remember this Asparagus fern? It grew so big.
I cut it back like every year to bring it in the house.

The bath room in this new house is the only window that gets the morning sun.

The thing loves it in here and it has gone wild. I think it will take over be for spring. What to do with it?

Screech

I got a lap top that Santa put under our tree. The day after we went to see Frank and Cloody.
Those Village People were just winding down from there Christmas parties and getting ready for there New Year blast. We did catch Frank still dabbling in the Newfoundland Screech Rum/Rhum. Left over from one of there happy hours.

Cloody was telling on Frank, said they had just to much fun.

Got to love that guy

Farmer's Almanac

A real friend is someone who takes a winter vacation on a sun-drenched beach and DOESN'T send a card.
No it was not me --

"Unto you," this Christmas-tide; with your longing heart. The angels sing their song again, with all their heavenly art. Nay, sweeter far than their sweet song, the Spirit from above. Shall bring the tidings of your King, and whisper of His love.

I Made a Boo Boo

All I was doing was making tea
I put the water on to boil

Walked off and sat down to my blog

Now The Bennie is showing me how to boil water out side.

It could have been a very bad thing if I had not smelled the pan after it went dry.
From now on that whistling kettle is the way I will boil water.

When The Snow Is Falling

The snow is falling, falling fast,
Sailing, swirling, fluttering to the ground. Some flakes caught in the gentle breeze that whirls it around and around. Covering the trees, the ground and flowers with a sheet of dazzling white. Augmenting the vision of one who walks in its shimmering reflected light.

Our Creator made all Heaven and Earth and put all things here for good reason: The sun and the rain, the cold and the snow give the land its productive season. As we view the fence across the road. It is covered with snow in such manner the meshed are filled with gleaming snow, making the appearance of a fantastic banner.
