Hello Patsy,I love the asparagus ferns but you are right they can take over. I just keep cutting mine back and they keep growing too. I used to hang the asparagus ferns on the front porch, since they tend to grow so big.You must have a talent for growing plants, I seem to recall all the plants in your garden this past Summer ;)
I have two types of asparagus ferns...they get left outside year round!!
