Hi Patsy,
Cracker Barrel is my favorite place to eat breakfast. Your pictures made me hungry. Have a cool day.

Ooh, I see he chose the shredded potato casserole too...
Cracker Barrel always has the best food, we are taste-testers, I never refuse their offer :)
Hope you enjoyed your Father's Day Mr. Bennie !

Chris certainly did! I'd thought he might choose Cracker Barrel, but memories of one Fathers' Day Lunch about twenty years ago, when the tables were pushed all together, and the wait was LONG, then the wait after we ordered quite long as well.

Chris chose a WING place, and it was such fun---five of us, with the table covered with trays and little cardboard boats of snacky goodies. He spent the whole day on phone calls from the chillun, all over the country and ONE IN ICELAND!! They went there for DDIL to present a paper at a conference, and are spending a few days.

Then a nap, and dinner on trays in front of a TV show we'd been anticipating. He said again this morning how wonderful the day was.

So glad Mr. The Bennie and you had such a splendid time, as well.

Patsy, I'd take Bennys plate over yours any ole day. It looks so good. Guess I will have to talk myself into going to Cracker Barrel soon and get me some breakfast.

That looks like the same breakfast we enjoyed at Huddle House. I guess it's a "mans" breakfast. *lol* ~:)

Looks like a wonderful breakfast! We don't have a Crackerbarrel...I think we were in one in Wisconsin Dells one time, they have a great gift shop as I recall:)

Both breakfast plates looked wonderful. I would eat his apples for him and all of your pancakes for you. I hope it was a good day for Bennie.
