The Spring

flowers just keep on blooming.

I guess most of you saw in the news about  the near tragedy that
happened Sunday at the church we go to for all the lunches and
other things they have for us.

At the 11:00 Easter service at Bellevue Baptist Church a man came in with two guns.
A 40 caliber Beretta handgun  and a military  300 Blackout assault rifle
used by the military with extra ammunition in a back pack. There were estimated
4,500 people at the church.
Thanks to God and the diligence security of the church he was stopped.
He told the police that people in society were a threat to him.

We live on the church property at Bellevue Woods a gated community for
seniors and there is a guard on duty 24 hours.
  We feel safe!

Oh Patsy. I had not heard this horrible news. So thankful no one was injured. Your flower photos are certainly pretty.

I had not heard of the situation at your church. This is really bad. I am glad that security was available. I don't think we have anything or any plan if something like this happened.

Pretty photos. Sorry to hear about the death threats at the church. Now you know why I'm ALWAYS armed. The 'Indians' are everywhere nowadays. ~:)
