It is losing it's leaves.

| It is a member of the Elm family and it could have a fungal thing going on that is caused by wet weather and will get better as it gets hotter and dryer. So for it has not lost all of it's leaves. |

I hope it's not anything serious and the tree is ok. I hate to see a tree die!
