Clouds

Can you raise your voice to the clouds and cover yourself with a flood of water?
Do you send the lightning bolts on their way?
Do  they report to you, "Here we are?
Who endowed the heart with wisdom or gave understanding to the mind?
Who has the wisdom to count the clouds? Who can tip over the water jars of heavens
when the dust becomes hard and the clods of earth stick together?

Job 39:34--38

"Help me Lord to never for get you are in charge of all of the dwelling places."

That is beautiful. And very fitting today. It's raining cats and dogs at our place as I 'pen' these words. May His name be glorified in all ways always. God bless. ~:)

Well, Good Morning, Miss Patsy and Mr. The Bennie!

It's so nice to hear from you, and I hope all is well and getting to be Spring down where you are. I've got the back door open, though it's still foggy and in the 40s right now, with nary a peek of sun yet today.

We're all well and going, and can see a little bit of green out there---the tired old tulips that were here when we bought the house seventeen years ago are peeking up all around the flowerbeds, though they're past sending out more than an occasional bloom each year.

Chris keeps me in colorful flowers all year---right now it's an enormous vase of pink roses, and I'm getting out the pale covers for the furniture and tables.

Hope your yard is full of blooms and your hearts full of SPRING!

Lovely spirit-filled post, Patsy. I have always loved the beauty of clouds! I didn't know you once lived in Texas!

So much truth in the book of Job. When I think I have troubles, all I need to do is pull out the book. We are not alone.
