Fall is still with us

The Weather is lovely: cool in the mornings and a little to warm up in the day, but the late roses and zinnia's like it. This is the peace rosebud.
The next pictures I was chasing this orange butterfly to get a good shot of it .
I don't know what the name of it could be can some one tell me?

If you enlarge the picture you can see it better. The under side of the butterfly was very different.

Hi Patsy, How blessed you are to still have some rose buds and a butterfly. I can't remember the name but I know we have them here in the summer. Beautiful photos as always Patsy.

Isn't the weather grand !
The Zinnias are so lovely, they have to be one of the hardiest plants..
We still have roses blooming, in November !

Hi Patsy, your flowers are so pretty! Ours are pretty much done for. And...I still have some weeding to do but have been slow due to low blood pressure. I'm starting to pick up a little steam though....=)

Good Morning Patsy.
I am so glad you are able to enjoy these pretty flowers, sad to say ours are gone until next spring, I did have plenty of those butterflies too, but don't know the name. Don't you enjoy chasing them in the garden?

I read your last post about Benny's mishap and enjoyed it, (not the mishap, the read) lol I have done similar things and paid the consequences too. I am glad he is still doing well, and hope Linda continues to improve from her surgery.
Thanks for sharing ,
HUgs, Sue

What a lovely post, two of my favorite things, Roses and Butterflies. I don't know one butterfly from another, but I love them all.
