This Day

The Winter winds are blowing and soon it may be snowing, and I may need to come inside and stay; for I am not so very bold to go out and take a cold.
I'll be glad when Spring is here when I'll have no need to fear.

The Wintry blasts that are raging thur the land. I'll take up my hoe and rake and a garden I will make, For I know the Lord will give a helping hand. Sense and Nonsense in Poetry By Willis L.Tackette

That is a Red Bird flying to the feeder and it is just a blur. This is a Winter of snow that Arkansas has not seen in many years. We are to get 4 to 6 inches

I have to chuckle when I read Marydon's comments, she must be the only person I know that loves so much snow.

We had your weather last year, over 2 feet of snow at one time. Looks like those who didn't get it last year, are getting it this year.

Wow, that's a LOT of snow !
Won't be too much longer now, and the buds will be popping up out of the warm earth, and Spring will be upon us !

Ugh, more snow. It may be pretty but I have had enough of it and now we are to get 10 more inches. Stay in girl where it is warm. We are allowed to be wimpy. LOL!

Hi Patsy,
I am so longing for spring to, but am so thankful we don't have all the snow that so many have. I do enjoy our birds though and it seems you have some pretty ones too. I enjoyed the poem too.
Thanks for sharing.
Blessings,
Sue
