Revive Us, Lord!

Oh, for the showers on the thirsty land!
Oh, for a mighty revival Oh, for a sanctified fearless band,
Ready to hail its arrival.
Selected
Revive us, Lord! Is zeal abating
While harvest fields are vast and white?
Revive us, Lord! The world is waiting;
Equip Thy Church to send the Light.
When naught were on to lean remaineth,
When strongholds crumble to the dust,
When nothings sure but God reigneth,
That, yes, that is the time to trust.

Amen! That's really the only hope for the world today. Oh God our help in ages past, our hope for years to come, our shelter from the stormy blast and our eternal home.

How powerful and beautiful this is! The harvest fields are white...the older I get the more aware of this I am. Abiding in Christ...our life...strength and our hope to bear fruit and more fruit. We heard a missionary to China speak tonight...oh how moving!
