And Here Is The Back

We are having a fence put up across the back, they said people with dog or children
would want it.

This side of the yard has not fully recovered from "Run Off Water Boy."

I agree on the fenced yard especially for people with young children, or as you say, a pet. Wish ours was fenced in....:(

Good idea and you have a nice shady yard perfect for pets or children.

I wanted to say it would be a shame to block that beautiful wide-open view, but yes, I think having an enclosed yard would appeal to more buyers, especially if the have children or pets...
Good luck !

You have a nice yard that will appeal to lots of people, and thankfully you won't have to deal with that neighbor!

I do like the open view but can see some people may not. Best of luck with the sale.

The family that bought our house put up a fence as soon as they signed the papers. I rode by when I went "home." It looked great! We adjusted the price so they could do that and we didn't have to. Good luck. It looks nice.

Fences do add to the saleability of a home. I hope this money can be recouped, though. I know if I ever sell a house again it will be "as is". No exceptions. It's been my experience that sometimes buyers can be very unreasonable human beings. Praying that all this goes well and the house sells quickly. ~:)
