Taco Soup

This recipe was given to me when we lived in Texas
So Good!


Brown 1# lean hamburger meat with 1 cup chopped onion.
Add undrained can of pinto beans and can of whole kernel corn.
 1 can Italian stewed tomatoes 
and 1 can whole tomatoes and 1 small can tomato sauce.
Add 1 pkg Taco seasoning.
Cook uncovered until thickens.
Serve over rice.
The Bennie likes his with cheese
I like mine with Jalapno slices
Eat to stay warm!

Yummy!!! We love Taco Soup and I eat mine with Banana Peppers. I had no idea you had lived in Texas. Smiles

This would be so healthy, and all you would need is bread or a salad to make it a big meal. Or maybe not even that, I bet this is really filling! Great for dieters.
