Our children need to be taught, not necessarily by the schools, but by us as parents how to honor our flag. My granddaughter, who is 4, said the Pledge of Allegiance for us in front of the flag in our yard. It brought tears to our eyes.
Thanks for this great Memorial Day tribute...we need to always remember, and so many people don't.

Not aware of your memorial day but the guy standing from the wheel chair says much.
