Sassy Little Pecker

We had a Northern Flicker come for a snack.
This little Red-Bellied Woodpecker run him off.

They are so cool! I hear them all the time, sometimes I can find them sometimes not.

You take great pictures of birds, Patsy! I get several woodpeckers as well. The towehee is always scratching under the feeder. But today, I have tossed the seeds out several windows, and there are hundreds of birds out there eating on the ice crusted snow.

I heard on the news that Jonesboro got a lot of ice. We have two inches of snow with an inch of ice on top of it. Ugh!

Stay warm and safe!

Hugs,

Renie
