We cut them back in February.
The Taylor's Perfection Camellia has lots of buds on it.
We ferilizer it in the autumn and it growes the buds all winter.

I have never seen any flower that buds all winter! You must have to cover it in the frost?
Lucky you! It's cold here - I'll just have to enjoy the warmth through your pictures.
