Trivia

Did you know that a cow will give nearly 200,000 glasses of milk in her lifetime?
White eggs come from hens with white feathers and white ear lobes
Brown eggs come from hens with red feathers and red ear lobes. The color of the shell
is determined by the breed of hen and has no effect on its quality, nutrients or flavor.

Interesting post, Patsy. My brother loves to drink milk but I have never been able to tolerate it. I do love egg salad, though. That sounds like a good, easy supper!

How very interesting, it's the reason I love both milk and eggs, or should that be cows and chickens !?
Sweet post.

Really interesting post! I knew the egg quality didn't have anything to do with the shell color, but I wasn't sure why some were white, some brown.
