In the Smith house there was a whole lot of baking going on. The Bennie got out the bread machine and made this delicious crusty white bread.
We put it in the bread slicing thing and had fat tuna sandwich's for lunch.

The bananas were looking ripe so I made banana walnut bread

So good the house did smell:

We had to get rid of our bread machine. I made the best sour dough bread in it and ate way too much of it. Looks like you stayed warm in the kitchen.

What a perfect Winter-day lunch!! That is the most gorgeous bread, and I can just smell your delightful kitchen now.

And that banana bread! We have about a two-slice little hunk left from our Christmas-morning loaf. It's bagged in the fridge, and yesterday's slice was creamy and cool, as it gets mellower and better.

I just love when Y'all cook!
