Hay what you doing

in there! I have been doing my summer reading program:
I have been reading Joan Medlicott books about The Ladies of Covington. Like the author of Clay's Quilt said I began to miss ( the characters ) as soon as I closed the book. I have ordered 5 more of her books about the ladies and that will be my fall reading list and the end of the books.

In the meantime I started the new book of Jennifer Chiaverini ( The Aloha Quilt) about the Elm Creek Quilters.

We have no rain but the temp did drop in to the 80's here in north east Arkansas

Patsy, poor frog....he wants to join you. We are so glad to have a little cooler temps. Enjoy your books....I may go back and read them again. The author makes the women seem so real and like people you would enjoy meeting.

Thanks for telling us about these books. We are cooler today finally and it is very cloudy. It might just be a good day to read! Enjoy!
