The Big Grey Dog

This place has many memories for me. My daddy came home to us at this place after World War 2. I think it is the only one standing in the USA.

Great Idea for a blog. You beat me to it. I think there is one like this in Jackson, MS. The outside of the building has been maintained, but the interior is used for offices.

Hello, I mosied over from Darla at Family and Flowers. I see you live in Blytheville, Arkansas. I'm originally from Newport, AR which isn't too far away from there.

That is a really neat picture of the old greyhound. Where does it stand?

Sorry for being so dim but what is it and why is it called a big grey dog?

The building has a sort of Art Deco look to it. Lovely colour too. Is it near to where you live and is it still used?

Sorry this sounds like 20 questions but it's interesting to see different styles of buildings. Maybe I was Frank Lloyd Wright in another life! Or maybe he was me?
