this replaced the old barbwire fence to keep cattle in
And this is what they used long years ago.
It was buried in a ditch we were cleaning out .
They would pull the wire tight and it would lay in the V

All familiar country scenes, I miss the hay gathering, we no longer grow hay, instead found it much cheaper to buy!
