Sounds wonderful to be outside. Wish it was cool enough to sit outside here. No way am I sitting in 92+* heat with yellow flies, deer flies, mosquitoes, etc. *yuck* Hope you get better soon. ~:)
Bless your heart. Those bruises just aren't pretty at all and do get rather ugly when they get the yellow and blue-purple coloration. Just say, "Praise the Lord," each time you see it - - - praises for no stitches or broken bones. Are you still quite sore? I do know what you mean about all the yardwork though. We love our home and its plain ole yard but it does get more and more energy-draining each year.
Your poor face!!! Phil fell out of bed awhile ago, and got a horrible shiner! It looked worse yellow than when it was black and blue! We took a lot of kidding abut me smacking him around!

It's hot here too but tolerable. Hope your bruising fades quickly.

I have good success with putting a little Vaseline on bruises and it helps. That was a bad fall you experienced. I sure am sorry.
