See how the Louisiana iris starts out so true blue then fade.
poor Peony's have heavy heads after the high wind and rain they can't get back up .
He is like a  flower a blooming i---t. no,no just kidding.

It is so great to see your early blooms. When you follow me you will see that we are a few weeks behind you. My peony bushes do have small buds on them and my iris have just a few buds developing. Great photos!

Pretty yard. Did you mean that hubby is like a flower blooming? Hubby's often are - always in the dirt. Just kidding. You have some beautiful blooms Patsy. Love those peonies, iris are so blue, and the lily looks nice with the red roses. Happy blooming!

Ha! Not a flower idiot and weeding maniac! Great looking flowers Patsy..Peonies are blessed with such big heads:)
