Invasion

in the Peace rose bush. Where did this come from?
The Peace rose is almost 4 years old. Have you ever seen this happen.

Well - just a little weird. Guess it just wanted to flaunt a little red.

You said MG is 40. a bag!!! My goodness I pay $7 for a big bag. I wouldn't amend my soil with it if it cost that much.

Is that its first bloom this year? Strange.
I had a yellow Irish rose turn red after a hard winter when it died back to its graft plant which was a Dr. Huey.
It is a pretty bloom Patsy but definitely now your Peace bloom.

That is strange, no I have never seen it. Must be something to do with the grafting of the stock.

Most likely the rootstock that the Peace Rose was grafted on was a pink one:)
