Cold soup
I have been revisiting a Gladys Taber book and told the Bennie about the soup ,told him I would like to try it.
He read the recipe and said I don't know about Vichyssoise but I can sure make Potato and Leek Soup and you can eat it cold if you want to but I will have mine hot.
Will what can one do he is just a good old southern boy. We just call it delicious Potato Leek Soup.

I know some people love the cold soup but I'll take mine hot every day of the week! Hope you both liked your recipe.
