I could not help myself , with the break in the heat I had to have new plants.

We were at Lowe's yesterday Not for flowers and these were calling my name.

(Patsy over here)This is not the Helenium (Sneezeweed) but Red Blanket a daisy like flower that has 4- inch flowers it grows to 12 in tall with a 4 in spread. Hardiness zone 3-10. only 3.99 3 gal size.
This is Pink Fountain Gaura , butterfly and hummingbirds like it, height 24-26 in. spreads 18in. hardiness Zone 5
looking this up it was selling for 10.99 and Lowe's had it for 3.99


And the ever ( have to have) Blue Salvia and Rabbit proof.

Oh Patsy I have the same problem when I go to Lowe's. I haven't found anything for the problem except to purchase one or it may take two. LOL girl. Love the beautiful bloom.

Love the red flowers. I've had the yellow and red blanket flowers (I think that is what they were) and they really add color to a garden. Good buys.

Hi Patsy, Blanket flowers are great..I have that one and also a plain yellow one...along with lots of the yellow/orange ones. They enjoy the heat:)
