Beautiful pie, and some FRIED PIES, to boot!! We bought two fried pies on our last trip to AL---$3.50 each---and the peach was absolutely scrumptious, but the apple was like they forgot to put a speck of salt into the crust.

So now, I'm craving FRIED PIES. And I, too, find the name "Flippen" to be quite a snazzy name. Yours sound like GOOD folks.
