Rain, rain, precious rain,

That nourishes fruit and flowers. Gives a breath of sweetened air, that gives many pleasant hours.

Rain, rain, refreshing rain, will make the flowers grow; also will make the garden truck put on its annual show.

Rain, rain, God-- given rain, that falls on just and unjust; Praises to His Holy Name! And thankful be we must.

Our rain weekend was last weekend and today was glorious sunshine, and I was out in my garden.
