This is where the white roses were.
The red bush is a Camellia
The gardener said the trees they cut down had a fungus.

end of story-- it has been a happy day at our house , hope it has at your home.
Things will even get happier after  Jan. 21 2017

I just love the bright, happy pansies. Glad to know why the trees were removed.

Yes it is a good day; thankful for answered prayers.

Your pansies are beautiful! I love all this heavenly blue. Both calming and cheerful at the same time. A fungus! That explains it.

Your gardens are beautiful. A fungus in the trees, that would explain it! We are happy here too Patsy...but many people are so angry that is really scary :(

I'm glad you now have a reason for cutting the trees down. The pansies are very pretty.
We are happy here too, it's sad how much anger there is out there though.

The pansies will bring lots of color through the year. Yes, I am thankful, and praying for a smooth transition for the new president.

Well then, though it was sad, they had to go. The pansies look great and amen to your parting comment.
