Things Are Quiet

here and the trees are almost bare, winter is about to seize us.

The birds have quit their singing,
As they know what Winter's bringing
And they know that snow and ice
Will not treat them very nice,
So they'll wait until Spring for their song.

Trees I see from my back door.

It's freezing here and looks like snow. I haven't heard the forecast, but I'm cold. This GA girl ain't used to this!

Those trees are so pretty and I like the poem. Your weather looks like ours. Cold and dreary!

The shot of the tree looks just like late fall and the fog is what we have been experiencing. I really like the downy on the feeder and if he could smile we would be see one.
