May blooms

This is first blooms of the Pink Fountain Gaura or  Pink ,butterfly -like flowers.
when the wind moves them they look like they fly around.

He thinks I don't see him. Next to the little yellow weed growing in my garden.

Arizona Red Shades Blanket Flower is a little sick looking but if it can hang on the weather
here is about to get very hot and it should perk up.
Blue Salvia is  about to take on it's spikes.

He is sitting there so quietly. He probably does think he's not noticeable. :)

How sweet, he's the perfect camouflage color of the leaf, and he knows it !
The flowers are popping like popcorn, I wonder if we'll have any left come summer ?
I love the Blue Salvia, it's always a favorite ...

Oh how cute is that little frog. You are right your Gaillardia will just get better as it gets hotter. Your Gaura is so pretty Patsy. Mine died this winter go figure. The mildest winter we had and I lost too many flowers. Your Elephant leaves are pretty too. I like the dark leaves on that one.

A stroll around a Southern garden, just to see what's coming up and what's blooming---one of the joys of life.

I hope you and Mr. The Benny are BLOOMING as well!

This looks a lot like the sage plant I just bought.
