In The Pink

Our new neighbor had a nursery come out and landscape her flowers bed.
Large  Crepe Myrtle trees that I bet are pink and other shrubbery

Pink knock -out roses
Lots of pink Lantana. It was done so well and very pretty. After about three weeks with no rain it began to die the Crepe's leaves were falling. I told the Bennie I am going over and tell her she must water.  She didn't know that and was going to call them and ask if she should water????
She has been doing a good job with the water now and I think it will all live.
I am watering much because she is out of town for a week.
I just could not watch it die--- now could I?

No you had to say something but come on how can anyone not know to water? And what is worse is that they really should have been telling her how much to water with it being new plantings.

You are a great neighbor to water for her. That's a pretty combination of plants. Hope it all does well.

I am sure she appreciated the reminder to water. That would have been a shame to have all those lovely plants die. I love the combination of pink plants they used. Have a wonderful week Patsy.
