Around here they call it "our own personal summer"...lol...It is so funny that Leslie from Tranquil acres posted about her hot flashes. They do go away.

Feel better soon but if it's the flashes then just hang in there. I do. It's terrible sometime when everyone else is cold and I'm a fanning my face and neck. Flowers are coming along and before long the calender will say Spring.

I love seeing the flowers poking through the soil. Everything looks very healthy at your place. Wonder if the rabbit will return??

Looks like spring has sprung! I can bring on hot flashes by eating garlic or licorice..so I try to avoid them. The years that I had hot flashes were some of the most miserable years of my life..I couldn't sleep..I was a mess:(

Those hot flashes are miserable. I hope you don't have to deal with them very long.

Drink lots of water and make sure you are not getting hungry in between meals. Hot flashes are one of the body's ways of saying a fuel deficiency is occurring. We are seeing beautiful signs of spring around here, too. Love it.
