We took a little trip to Memphis. As we went down a street we saw a shoe laying in the middle of the street. I said to The Bennie how many shoes have we seen in the street over the years when we go some where. It is always just one. Ever wonder how does it get there and why just one.

I always wondered too - how come there's only 1 shoe when you see them in a street. Is someone walking around w/ 1 barefoot?
Oh how funny! Thanks for the smiles.
That shoe tree is something else! ;-)
Thinking of you tonight...wondering how you are doing. May the Lord bless you. Yes, I too have often seen just one shoe along the road. Seems like mischief somewhere along the way, I think. smile....about that shoe tree...they would be pretty germ-y wouldn't they?!
Only you would think to post about lone shoes. This is great because we have all thought about it from time to time. That shoe tree is something else!
Ha! A shoe tree! How creative. Love the shots of Memphis. I love visiting there. Have a wonderful Tuesday. The weather has turned nice for a change.
Hugs,

Patsy,
What a clever post. How neat that someone found a use for the shoes.
That was always something I wondered about to. LOL. People are so surprising sometimes at what they can think up. Great post.
I will share any of the seeds that I can gather with you Patsy. I'll send a plant or two as well! Hugs!!

Neat idea for old shoes found on the road. I thought you were going to share some new garden art. Now that I thought of it...MMmmmm
Hello Patsy,
I laughed and laughed when I got to the end of this post. I can't tell you how many lone shoes we have seen while traveling even to the grocers.Just loved this post!
I apologize for taking so long to visit, but have been having some health issues so much so I was not really up to blogging, even when I made my last post. I finally gave in and went to the doctor, and now I am feeling so much better. nothing serious though.
It is so good to be back visiting friends.
I have seen a shoe tree like this on tv somewhere in America.
