How did Daisies get their name?The daisy flower opens its petals during the day and at night the petals shut.

When you look at the petals they resemble an eye's lashes.

So they were called day's eyes which over time was corrupted to daisy.

The daisy is one of the most common weeds found in an English lawn.

The tall light pink summer phlox is coming into bloom it will bloom all summer.The little garden angel is keeping watch.

I had to go to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned and as The Bennie was writing the check he was told I needed to come back for a crown on a cracked tooth and it was going to cost over 900.00. He fainted!

This is the Rubis Althea Hibiscus we planted last year to hide the trash can.


The fall mum is about to come in to it's first bloom then it will be cut back to bloom in the fall.
Poor guy he did come around.

Bang Bang Then Noise

The bang was the lot next door they are framing up the next house. Can't sleep with this going on, why are they working on Saturday ?

My poor rhododendron we moved it to all shady it will lose the leaves but just maybe it want die.
