I can tell you...Patsy...look up on the address bar--up top--and you will see a star, 3 lines, pencil, and this: ...
Click on this: ... then scroll and open OPEN WITH INTERNET EXPLORER. This is how I add pictures...as Blogger is not compatible yet to Windows 10 (Edge) and Windows 10 allows you to keep INTERNET EXPLORER.
