Flowers And A Wedding

Rain, rain go away don't beat my flowers down again today.

The white hollyhock is keeping it's head up, had to tie it so the wind
would not break it.
this is the last poppy, got lots of seed.
One more wedding in the family this year he is my cousin .

I Went Some Where

A neighbor ask me to go with her to a garden club meeting and lunch:
I won the door prize
So I hung it in my Maple Tree
Now you got to know there will be flowers to show you
from the garden we toured.

It was lovely and so was lunch.

Our first Tomato's And More

Big juice and taste like a tomato, they came from a  Amish family.

 Pineapple 88 cents a piece
 Small seedless watermelon
 So sweet
and so was the watermelon
We had a party ate Bacon and Tomato sandwiches and pineapple for lunch.
Later we had big slice of watermelon.
"Summer time, summer time" is almost here.
Now if the spring rain would just stop and get back to normal.
Our heart goes out to all the people in Texas and other flood victims.

Justice

Let your sharp arrows pierce the hearts of king's enemies;
let the nations fall beneath your feet. Your throne, O God,
will last for ever and ever; a scepter of justice will be the
scepter of your kingdom.

Psalm 45: 5,6

Busy Man

Up early and went to Farmers Market
Got new potato's and wonderful green onions
And a bale of straw  to go over his new seed, this will help the
seed spout and not wash away from more rain coming .
Repairing water and winter damage to yard.

Can not stop showing the larkspur and iris
I think this is the last rain for a few days, then I have to get in that garden
and clean out and plant more of the Vinca round the borders. Hoping you
guys that need rain will get some soon.

The Sun Is Shining --The Sun Is Shining

the sky is blue the trees are green and the flowers are pink.
No rain for the next two days. Yoo-hoo!

Oh My !

I was thinking the Hollyhock was pink but it looks like a white one.

You would think it was summer the way things are blooming.
We are getting lots of rain. The coneflowers are getting taller with baby blooms.

"Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil: for thou art with me."

Psalm 23:4

Heavenly Father, when the darkness comes over us
and storms beat around us, shelter us under your wing.
In Christ name I pray

More Rain And Larkspur

Storms are moving in the same pattern again.
The Bennies sump  pump is pumping and keeping the lake
in our back yard low.

Deep color and some light color larkspur
thick with tall Phlox and red Knock Out Roses
To wet to get in there and thin it out and the pansies
are still blooming and look good.
Stay safe and dry the storms are going strait up again. We are just to get lots of rain
so far, but tornados are possible.

More Poppies

The back of the poppies are a dark blue black
Hard to get a good photo so much rain

The hard rain destroyed  the Peonies and the white roses.

The tornado's in Texas and Arkansas have destroyed many lives and homes.
My daughter and granddaughters homes were spared but much damage around them.
