Did I ever show you the old square platter that is perfect for making fudge?
It is very heavy has no marking on the back. We found it in an estate sale back in the 1980's.
We have been busy making our Christmas goodies to mail the kiddies.
I baked sugar cookies
The Bennie made his wonderful maple fudge and chocolate fudge
and the chex mix trash
Put it all in Christmas tins and mailed it off

They are so lucky !
It all loooks so delicious, the fudge especially..
When my husband was serving in Iraq, we mailed homemade fudge by the pound...lots of it.
It just tastes so much like 'home', and the next best thing to being there.
