There breeding habitat is mixed woods, they make cup like nest on the ground or low in a tree or shrub. That is why I only see him near the ground. With all of the hard rain I sure hope he made there nest. in the shrubs.

What a cutie pie, now I will be looking more closely at the ground. I don.t believe I have seen this one before, I too have been seeing a lot of birds lately. but they are not new just the same beautiful ones and I have been snapping my camera.

A welcome addition!!
It is so exciting when we spot a bird we have not saw before in our yards. Doesn't take much to make us happy :-) I have not saw one of those either. Have a good weekend!
