We had up to 50 mile an hour wind gust from Ike and our power was out for about 3 hours and we live on the Arkansas Missouri line. That was some hurricane winds to come up this far. These are pictures of one of two Cherry Trees in our back yard. They are old and so lovely and pink in the spring.

So sorry to see that Ike got your cherry tree. Glad to know that you are safe though!
I will miss it this spring. There is lot's of clean up this morning so many limbs and Trees down. No one was hurt. God is good.
So sorry you lost the Cherry trees. I was wondering if you had been affected by Ike It certainly did damage a long way inland.
