It is over cast but 53 today. So got some things bedded down and waiting for spring.

This is the Creme Brulee Coral Bells. It looks happy.

I can't remember the proper name, it will grow in to a tall bush.

I was very surprised to fine these blooms

It is a dark day here in our part of Arkansas today. Lot's rain is on it's way.

Old Memory

I remember in the early 1950's going with my family to Daddy's graduation of the course in "How to Win Friends and Influence People. Dale Breckenridge Carnegie originally until 1922 when he changed it to Carnagey.
American write and Lecturer a developer of the famous courses in self-improvement , sales manship, and corporate training. Born in poverty on a Missouri farm. He is author also a biography of Abraham Lincoln. "Lincoln The Unknown" One of the core ideas in his books is that it is possible to change other people's behavior by changing ones reaction to them. He was an early proponent of what is now called responsibility assumption.
This was a photo of my father at a dinner at the Chamber of Commerce in Birmingham Ala I was 3 years old and do not remember living there. He is number 8 on right side of table. The photo was in the family album taken in 1942. Enlarge to see how handsome he was.
