 Look out the club house got new carpet --Up Rent? 
So now at coffee we must have lids on all coffee cups
The reading room , did you know old people read a lot of mushy  romance novels?

    Looks a really lovely place.

    I've been hibernating for days now. It's colder than it's been all winter! Snow hail wind & rain. Crumbs the seasons are all mixed up.

    It would be more civilized if you had real cups and definitely no lids. I do know that a carpet can be cleaned by a machine and it will have to be anyway from food and other accidents.
