MMMMMMMMMM Anticipation. I thought from the thumbnail that those were amaryllis---right about now, my Mammaw would have had all her "Amarillo" bulbs under the light, making beautiful pots for Christmas. She called them by the singular name, and plural was amarillos, just like in Summer she'd give you a slip of "colea" in a coffee can, so you could grow your own "Coleas" with an A.
How long since you've seen a tier of coffee-can plants marching up some porch steps?
Very pretty and so festive! We have rain today, also.
ReplyDeletePoinsettias are very festive. Wish it would rain here. We're dry as powdered toast again. ~:)
ReplyDeleteWill it involve poinsettias? They are such an elegant plant. I have last year's. No red and just baby leaves. Can't seem to let it go. Ha!
ReplyDeleteOHHHHHHHHHHHH hopefully you will show us,smiles. Blessings
