I love hollyhocks, Patsy. When I was little I closed a bee up inside one and paid dearly for it. The buggar backed up and stung me.Lesson learned. You don't mess with bees in hollyhocks.

The petals are so pretty. This takes me back to childhood, too because I have happy summer memories with those in the picture.
