Your poppies reminded me of the book I just read about a poppy factory and how it got started to make the poppies to give out on days of Memorial in England. The author build a story around it. We use to do that here but I don't see the paper poppies much anymore. I remember them as a kid. Are they still around? Hugs, LJ

ReplyDeleteI really like poppies but never was successful trying to get them to grow.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos and tribute. I like Psalm 2.
ReplyDeleteA good question.
ReplyDeleteI'm jealous of your poppies. We can't seem to keep them alive!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous Poppies, I've noticed them being sold at our local garden center.

Lovely poppies! I love that old poem. In Flanders fields the poppies blow between the cross row on row... :)
