Excuse Me

The Bennie cooked a Corned Beef Round not a Brisket.

What ever!   It sure was good.

Spring has sprang here but next few day and nights
will be very cool. The 70's will be back soon.

    Whatever the cut of meat, the sandwich looks delicious! The spring blooms are gorgeous, too.

    We found a local butcher shop that we love and trust when we occasionally buy meat. They also will cook the meat with their Green Egg. John wants a big steak from there for his birthday!
